I am an Argentine attorney, admitted to the San Juan Bar Association since 2010, and a registered industrial property agent before the INPI since 2014. I work from San Juan with clients across Argentina, before the INPI and the National Copyright Office.

I hold a Master's degree in Intellectual Property from Universidad Austral, completed in 2015, and an LLM in Intellectual Property from George Washington University, completed in 2025 under a Fulbright scholarship, with a focus on artificial intelligence, blockchain, internet law and data privacy.

I also work in technology transfer and business innovation: I structure projects, connect the knowledge economy and belong to the GTEC Network. That mix explains how I work. I do not step in only when there is something to register; I come in earlier, while the project is still taking shape and the decisions being made there determine what can be protected later.
